ToFolder — Effective date: July 6, 2026

What the app does

ToFolder is a camera app that lets you take photos and videos, import photos and videos shared from other apps, and organize them into folders stored locally on your device.

Data collection

We do not collect any personal data. The app:

• Does not require an account or sign-in.
• Does not send your photos, videos, or any files to any server.
• Does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• Does not share any data with third parties.

Permissions the app requests

• Camera — to take photos and record videos.
• Microphone — to record sound when capturing videos.
• Photos / Media library — only if you enable the optional “save to device gallery” setting, so the app can save copies of your photos to your gallery.

These permissions are used solely for the features above. Nothing leaves your device.

Data storage and deletion

All photos, videos, and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting a photo inside the app, or uninstalling the app, permanently removes that data. We have no copy of it and no way to recover it.

Crash diagnostics

If the app crashes, an anonymous technical report is sent automatically (via the Sentry crash-reporting service) so we can find and fix the problem. This report contains only technical details: device model, operating-system version, app version, and where in the app’s code the error occurred. It never contains your photos, videos, files, name, or any personal information, and it is not used for advertising or tracking of any kind.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
